Quillon Hardcastle
Managing DirectorQuillon started working in financial documentation straight out of university in 2014. After five years at a large accounting firm where he watched small businesses struggle with overcomplicated systems, he decided to build something different.
He's not interested in selling you services you don't need. His approach has always been straightforward: figure out what records matter most for your business, maintain them consistently, and explain them clearly when questions come up.
These days, Quillon splits time between client consultations and training the zolaveniqra team. He still personally reviews complex cases because, in his words, "the day I stop looking at actual client records is the day I stop understanding what we're doing."
